New to our boutique in 2016, we are so impressed with the collection from designer GRO, based in Denmark. Head by designer Anette Nordrup, the aim of the brand is to provide for girls and boys from newborn to 10 years old. Translated to English, 'GRO' simply means 'grow', designed for all the children growing up each day. Their delightful story of the beginning of the branding is as follows... Anette was in the middle of a t-shirt production, when her mother-in-law found an old drawing, that Anette’s husband had made in a song-book as a 4-year-old. The drawing showed a crooked-legged matchstick-man with spiky hair. Anette fell for the happy face, and immediately decided, that the matchstick-man should be her logo.
